‎كيف نسوي الوصفه ؟
‎.1نسلق العدي إلين يستوي وبعدين نطحنه ناعم
‎.2بطاوه على النار نضيف البصل الممقطع والثوم وصلصه الطماطم وفلفل أسود وكمون وكزبره ناشفه. ونقلبهم واحط شوية مويه عشان تتسبك
‎.3واخر شي نضيف العدس اللي طحناه ونبخرها بالفحم واخر اخر شي بقدونس وطحينه وزيت زيتون

‎وصفه ما تنوصف إلا بالطعم
