الطريقه :
٢٥٠ جرام سبانخ مفروم ( استخدمت المجمده ) وصفيتها من المويه اللي فيها باستخدام قطعة قماش.
.
اضيف عليها نصف كوب موزاريلا منزوعة الدسم. .
اضيف ٣ حبات بياض البيض .
فلفل اسود وملح .
اضيف الخليط على ورق الزبده واسويه بشكل مربع وبالفرن ١٥ دقيقه على حراره ٢٠٠ سي. .

لعمل الحشوه :
في مقلى اضيف ملعقة زيت زيتون .
اضيف نصف حبة بصل مقطع صغير ،،،،، اضيف حبة ثوم مفروم ،،،، واضيف نصف حبة فلفل احمر رومي مقطع صغير ،،،، واضيف حبة جزر مبشوره ،،،،، واخر شي اضيف بقدونس مفروم ملعقة طعام تقريباً ،،،
واغطي على المكونات دقيقتين وبس. .
ولما تستوي احطها بصحن واضيف عليها حبة بيضه كامله واخلطهم. .
.
لما تستوي السبانخ اضيف عليها الخليط والفها زي الرول ...
وبالفرن ٢٥ دقيقه على حراره ٢٠٠ سي. .
وبالعافيه ...
