١ م.ص ثوم مهروس
2 حبه عصير ليمونه

كيف نسوي الوصفه؟
اول شي نسلق البطاطس
ونحطها في محضره الطعام ونحط عليها الطحينيه والزبادي والثوم والليمون والبهارات والملح والزيت والماء واخلطهم الين يصير معايا القوام نااعم واقدمها بالصحن واضيف فوقها زيت زيتون

Potato Mutabbal(Dip)
What ingredients do we need?
1 medium potato
3 tbsp tahini
1 tsp crushed garlic
2 lemon juice
1 tbsp yogurt
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

How do we make the recipe?
First, boil the potatoes
Put them in a food processor and add tahini, yogurt, garlic, lemon, spices, salt, oil and water and mix them until the consistency is smooth and serve it on a plate and add olive oil on top
