اتبل : بهارات كاجون وفلفل اسود وملح وبابريكا

فلفل اخضر حلو وبصل مقطعين صغير

جبنه تشيدر .
.
واقدمها بخبز التورتيلا وعليها سوية خس .
ويفضل اسخن الساندوش ( تحميص ) .
