رحلة اليقين ٣٩: إله فجوات الملحدين

من أهم حلقات #رحلة_اليقين ، تجعلك تفهم عقلية كثير من "العلماء" الغربيين، وتُسقط قداسة النظريات الزائفة.
نجيب فيها عن سؤال:
ما الذي أوصل "علماء" متميزين في مجالاتهم إلى أقوال في غاية السخافة والكوميدية فيما يتعلق بالكون والحياة؟ مع مناقشة للاعتراضات الثلاثة التالية التي تعكس أخطاء في التفكير:
1. النظرية هي أكثر تفسير علمي مقبول في الأوساط العلمية.
2. لا تستطيع أن ترفض "نظرية" التطور حتى تأتي ببديل عنها.
3. عندما تقول أن الله خلق الكائنات، فهذا ليس جواباً علمياً، بل هذه الطريقة تسمى بـ (إله الفجوات).

Our willingness to accept scientific claims that are against common sense is the key to an understanding of the real struggle between science and the supernatural. We take the side of science in spite of the patent absurdity of some of its constructs, in spite of its failure to fulfill many of its extravagant promises of health and life, in spite of the tolerance of the scientific community for unsubstantiated just-so stories, because we have a prior commitment, a commitment to materialism. It is not that the methods and institutions of science somehow compel us to accept a material explanation of the phenomenal world, but, on the contrary, that we are forced by our a priori adherence to material causes to create an apparatus of investigation and a set of concepts that produce material explanations, no matter how counter-intuitive, no matter how mystifying to the uninitiated. Moreover, that materialism is absolute, for we cannot allow a Divine Foot in the door.

البروفيسور التطوري جورج جامو (George Gamow) أن يقترح آلية لكيفية ظهور حليب الرضاع في الثدييات. يقول لك جامو في كتاب عن البيولوجيا: (إن بعض صغار الزواحف بدأت بالصدفة تلعق عرق أمها لتتغذى. وبالتالي بدأت بعض الغدد العرقية تفرز سائلا أفضل فأفضل، إلى أن تحول هذا السائل إلى حليب) !!
يعني العرق الذي هو للتخلص من نفايات الجسم تحول بكثرة لعق غدده إلى حليب كامل الغذاء فيه تشكيلة كبيرة من البروتينات والأجسام المضادة والسكريات وغيرها.
