الحلوى العمانيهالمكونات2 ونص كوب سكر اسمر2 ونص كوب سكر ابيضربع كوب سمن نص ملعقه زعفران طازهملعقه كبيره ماء وردثلاث اكواب ماء مكسرات مشكلهملعقه كبيره هيل مطحونطريقه التحضيرفي قدر على النار نحط السكر البني وبعدها السكر الابيض وكاسه ماء واحرك فيهم باستمرار الين مايغلي معايا الخليط اول مايغلي احط فوقه كاستين ماء مع اربع ملاعق نشا مذابه مع الماء واحطهم فوق السكر الي غلي معانا واحرك الين القوام يصير كثيف وبعدها اضيف ماء الورد والهيل والمكسرات والزعفران واخر شي اضيف السمن واقفل واسكبه واتركه ثلاث ساعات وبعدين ناكله
