فطاير الماشروم

إيش نحتاج مكونات ؟
١/٢ كوب جبنة موزيريلا من المراعي @almaraii
١/٢ علبة فطر طازج
١/٢ كوب بقدونس مفروم
١/٢ قالب زبده 50 ج.
باكيت عجينه بف باستري
١ بيضه

كيف نسوّي الوصفه؟
نحط على النار زبده وفوقها البصل ونقلب الين ما يتكرمل
بعدها نضيف عليه الماشروم و فلفل اسود لمن يذبل الماشروم
نقفل عليها ونسيبها تبرد
بعدها نحط فوقها الجبنة والبقدونس ونقلب
وعلى البف بيستري نضيفها وندهن الاطراف بيض
نحطه في القلاية الهوائية تقريبا ١٠ دقائق
من تحت درجه حرارة 180
