مئات الشكاوي على شركة ڤودافون في آخر ٢٤ ساعة!! امبارح وبشكل مفاجئ وصل رسايل لعدد كبير من المشتركين بخدمة ڤودافون كاش، الرسايل دي بتقول ان تم سحب مبلغ بين ٥٠٠ و ٢٠٠٠ جنيه من الرصيد، وده اللي خلّى عدد كبير من المشتركين يقدم شكاوي للشركة. وهنا بدأت تطلع الأخبار وتنتشر والناس قالت ان شركة ڤودافون بتتعرض لهجوم سيبراني، وده اللي خلّى عشرات العملاء يخسروا فلوس.بس من دقايق اتواصلنا مع شركة ڤودافون وجبنالكم كامل التفاصيل، الشركة أكّدتلنا ان مفيش هجوم سيبراني وان كل حاجة بخير، وان اللي بيحصل ده بسبب تحديثات على الخدمة، والرسايل اللي بتوصل هي رسايل وهميّة ورصيد العملاء زي ماهو.
