2 كوب رز مصري مغسول ومنقوع
نص باقه مثرومة ناعم لكل من ( كرفس، نعناع) 🍃☘️
2طماطم وسط مقطعه ناعم 🍅
فص ثوم 🧄
كوب زيت نباتي
نصف كوب دبس الرمان
ملعقة كبيرة معجون طماطم
التوابل ملعقه صغيرة لكل من ( فلفل اسود، بابريكا)
ملعقتين كبيرة ملح 🧂
الشرح كامل في الفيديو ومدة الطبخ من ساعتين الى 3 حسب الكمية
نراقب الجدر كلما ينشف المي نضيف مي يغطي الكميه لحد ما تخلص الساعتين او ال3
