الطريقه ....:
لعمل خليط الكيك:
في خلاط الكيك اضيف .
٤ بيضات واخلط
كوب حليب واخلط
ربع كوب زيت واخلط
رشة ملح
خليط كيك ڤانيلا جاهز ( بيتي كروكر ) اضيفه بالتدريج واخلط .

لعمل الكريم كرامل :
في قدر على النار اضيف
٤ اكواب ونص حليب
٣ بكتات بودرة كريم كرامل
واقلب باستمرار لين تغلي واقفل عليها
.
.
في قالب الكيك الدائري ادهنه بزيت وطحين .
اضيف عليه السكر المكرمل ( اللي يجي مع علبة الكريم كرامل .
واذا ماعندكم سكر مكرمل ( في قدر اضيف كوب سكر وعلى نار هاديه بدون تحريك اخلي السكر يذوب واحرك القدر فقط لين يسير عندنا سكر محروق مكرمل )
.
اضيف الكريم كرامل .
اضيف فوقها خليط الكيك واوزعه بشكل دائري على كل القالب .
احط قالب الكيك على صينية فيها مويا مغليه .
وبالفرن ٣٥-٤٠ دقيقه على حراره ١٧٠
.
ولما تستوي الكيكه اخليها تبرد شويه .
بعدين بالثلاجه نص يوم .
