المقادير والطريقه

بالخلاط نحط :
حبه خيار كبير
حبه بطاطس
نصف فنجان قهوه ماء الورد او ماء عادي
ملعقه شاي اخضر مطحون

نخلطهم كلهم بالخلاط

نجيب شاش ونصفي الخليط من الشوائب

نحط ببرطمان قطن مكياج
ونصب الخليط فوقه

يوضع عالعينين لمدة ٢٠ دقيقه

ويحفظ الباقي في الثلاجه

يستخدم الخليط يومياً

لا تنسوا الاشتراك بقناتي

وتفعيل زر الجرس ليصلك كل جديد
