رز - 1 كيلو غرام
بصل - 1 حبة كبيرة في الحجم
بقدونس - نصف باقة
نعناع فريش - نصف باقة
ثوم - 1 ملعقة كبيرة
طماطم - 1 حبة كبيرة
فلفل أحمر - نصف حبة كبيرة
بشر ليمونة + عصير ليمونة كاملة
معجون الطماطم - 2 ملعقة كبيرة
معجون الفلفل الحار - هريسة - 2 ملعقة كبيرة
زيت الزيتون - 1 كوب 200 مل
دبس الرمان - ربع كوب
باذنجان
فلفل
ورق عنب
البهارات
ملح - 1 ملعقة كبيرة
نعناع مجفف - 1 ملعقة كبيرة
سماق - 1 ملعقة كبيرة
بن - قهوة - 1 ملعقة صغيرة
فلفل اسود - نصف ملعقة صغيرة
كمون نصف ملعقة صغيرة - اختياري
كركم - 1 ملعقة صغيرة
نحتاج الى
كمية ثوم صحيح
عود خشبي
كمية كافية من الماء
القليل من نعناع مجفف
القليل من السماق
ملح
عصير الليمون
