أطيب والذ شاورما ع الماشي وتومية المحلات السورية بدون بيض للمستعجلين - ألذ ساندويش شاورما مع كريم توم - كريم ثوم وياسلام عاللذاذة مع رباح محمد

مكونات الشاورما

صدور الدجاج - 1 كيلو غرام مقطعة إلى شرائح رفيعة

مكونات التتبيلة

بشر الليمون
عصير نصف ليمونة
ثوم - عدد 4
زبادي - 2 ملاعق كبيرة
الخل الأبيض - 1 ملعقة كبيرة
ملح - 1 ملعقة كبيرة
بابريكا - 1 ملعقة صغيرة
كزبرة - 1 ملعقة صغيرة
بصل بودرة - 1 ملعقة صغيرة
هيل بودرة - نصف ملعقة صغيرة
فلفل أسود - نصف ملعقة صغيرة

لتحضير الشاورما

زبدة - نصف كوب
زيت نباتي - ثلث كوب

مكونات كريم توم - الثومية

ثوم - 1 ملعقة كبيرة
زبادي - نصف كوب
ملح - 1 ملعقة صغيرة
ملح الليمون - 1 ملعقة صغيرة
نطبخ على النار كوب ونصف من الحليب مع نصف كوب من نشا الذرة
زيت نباتي - نصف كوب

نحتاج

بطاطس مقلية
خبز أي نوع متوفر تورتيلا أو لافاش أو خبز سوري
مخلل خيار
القليل من دبس الرمان
ندهنها بنفس الزيت المرافق للشاورما
