اليوم كانت تجربه طريقتين تتبيله للستيك

الاولى باستخدام بودرة الفحم وسائل التدخين
٠
والثانيه بفلفل اسود وملح بالترفل ( الكمأ)
٠
٠
بصراحه الملح بالترفل اعطى الستيك نكهه خورافيه ورهيبه وبدون زبده وبدون اعشاب
٠
الفحم وسائل التدخين احس اني مفروض خليتهم منقوعين وقت طويل عشان تمسك النكهه، انا استعجلت وشويتهم وماحسيت بالنكهه
