حمص المطاعم والذ 👌..للمزيد من وصفاتي تابعوا حسابي:@aziztime @aziztime ..الطريقه:ربع كيلو حمص حب وانقعه بمويا لثاني يوم..اضيف الحمص المنقوع بقدر وعلى حراره متوسطه واضيف مويا واسلقه .مع اضافه ملعقة بيكربونات الصوديوم..واشيل الرغوه اللي تتكون واخليه يغلي لين يستوي تماما ..اصفيه بعد مايستوي وبالخلاط افرمه مره واثنين وثلاثه لين يسير ناعم..ابرده بالثلاجه ساعه على الاقل ..وبعدين اضيفه بالخلاط مع كوب ثلج واطحن ..واخر خطوه اضيف :نص كوب طحينه سائلهربع كوب زيت نباتيملح الليمون او عصير ليمونملح واخلط المكونات جيداً.
