Kashmiri Aloo Masala ASMR
Ingredients:
small potato -10-12
Mustard oil for frying potatoes
For Masala :
Fennel seeds - 1spoon coriander seeds- 1spoon
Black pepper -5-6
cloves -2
cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Green cardamom-2
curd - 2 caps
Kashmiri red chili powder -1 spoon
For Tempering:
Oil - 3 spoons
Asafoetida - ½ spoon
cumin seeds - 1 spoon
Salt - ½ spoon
Turmeric powder - ½ spoon
Red Chili powder - 1/2 spoon water - ½cup
