Salt 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

For Batter -

Gram flour 1 cup
Curd 2-3 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Carrom seeds 1/2 tbsp
Egg 1
Gram flour 2 tbsp for caoting
Oil for deep frying
