كبه العدس والبرغلالمكوناتكوب عدس احمرنص كوب برغل ناعمكوب زيت زيتوننص كوب بصل اخضرنص كوب بقدونسربع كوب دبس الرمانبصله كبيرهملعقتين كبيره معجون طماطمملعقتين كبيره دبس فليفلهالبهاراتملحملعقه صغيره فلفل اسودملعقعه صغيره فلفل حار بودرهملعقه صغيره كمونعصير ليمونه والليمون حسب الرغبهطريقه التحضيرنحنضر خليط الكبهاول شي نسلق العدس مع كاسين ماء حار وبعد مايستوي نحط فوقه البرغل الناعم ونخلطهم كويس نخليهم شوي الين البرغل يستوي مع حراره العدس وبعدها نحطها في صينينه ونحضر الصوصوطريقه عمل صوص الكبهنحط عالنار كوب زيت زيتون والبصل ودبس الفليفه ومعجون الطماطم وبس الرمان والليمون والبهارت والليمون ونقفل وبعدها نحطها فوق الخليط ونعجنها واخر شي نضيف البقدونس والبصل الاخضر ونشكلها بالطريقه الموضحه بالفيديو
