☑️ الطريقه :
كوبين دقيق
ملعقه كبيره خميره
ملعقة كبيره سكر
ملعقتين حليب بودره
ونخلط المكونات مع بعض
٠
نضيف ملعقتين سمنه
ونحاول نفرك السمنه مع الدقيق
٠
وبعدين نضيف كوب مويا دافيه تدريجياً
٠
٠
تجهز العجينه ونغطيها تتخمر ٣٠-٦٠ دقيقه
٠
بعدين نقسمها قسمين
ونعجن ونفردها بصينيه بفرن ونخلي الاطراف سميكه بدون فرد
٠
نخرم بالشوكة وندهن بمويا ونرش سمسم او حبة سودا
٠
بالفرن من تحت على حرارة ٢٠٠ تقريباً ١٠ دقايق يتحمر من تحت بعدين نشغل النار من فوق نحمره
٠
٠
