نصف كوب طحين ابيض
ملعقه صغيرة خميرة فورية
ملعقه صغيره سكر
ملعقه صغيره فانيلا
ملعقة زيت
رشه ملح
نصف كوب ماء وملعقه كبيرة ماء
مكونات الشيره
كوب سكر
نصف كوب ماء
ملعقه عصير ليمون
الطريقه
نخلط السكر والماء والليمون ونتركهم يغلو من دون مانحركهم لمدت ربع ساعه ونتركه حتى يبرد
ونجهز خليط المشب نخلط كل المكونات ونتركه يخمر نصف ساعه بعدها نصب الخليط داخل العلبه ونسخن الزيت ساخن جدا ونشكل المشكب نفس الشكل بالفيديو عندما نكمل تشكل المشبك داخل الزيت نهدئ النار ونضل نحرك حتى يصير لونه ذهبي غامق ونرفعه لفوق الشيره ونرفعها الى الصحن ونقدم وبالعافية
