العثور على 3 - دبس رمان 200 مل
4 - زيت زيتون 200 مل
5 - سماق 50 جم
6- ثوم 20 جم
7 - بابريكا م/ك 2
8 - خلطة برياني دجاج م/ك 2 9 - ملح
10 - عصير ليمون 100 مل
الأرشادات:
-1- بصل مقطع مع البهارات والثوم ودبس رمان نقلبهم جيداً
2 - دجاجة نشرحها بسكين ونبهرها بالبابريكا وبهارات البرياني والملح
نقرقها بالبصل نغلقها والى الفرن من ريبون على درجة حرارة
200 لمدة ساعة و 20 د
وبالعافية على قلبك
