كل يوم بنسمع عن مخاطر التعامل مع صندوق النقد وان خططو الإصلاحيّة نادراً تجيب نتيجة كويسة، وده يخلينا نسأل سؤال مهم، ليه مصر اتّفقت مع صندوق النقد في خطتها الإصلاحيّة ؟
غالباً اول اجابة ممكن تيجي في بالك هي القروض اللي بيقدمها الصندوق والدول الغربيّة للدول اللي بتمشي بخطط إصلاحيّة، بس الحقيقة ان ده مش السبب الرئيسي.
هدف الحكومة المصريّة من خطتها مع صندوق النقد هو كسب ثقة الغرب مش قروضهم.
من بداية السنة ولحد دلوقت وكالات التصنيف الإتماني عدّلت نظرتها عن مستقبل اقتصاد مصر من سلبيّة لمستقرة، وامبارح وكالة فيتش للتصنيف الإتماني عدّلت نظرتها مرة تانية من مستقرة لإيجابيّة، وعلى الرغم من التصنيف ده مجرد كلمة ومش هتاخد عليها فلوس، الا ان الثقة اللي بيديها للمستثمرين بتخليهم يستثمروا عندك من غير خوف، وده هدف مصر الرئيسي من خطتها الإصلاحيّة وهو جذب أكبر قدر من الاستثمارات.
