لكل لتر خل احمر نصف لتر ماء
3 ملاعق ملح ناعم اما اذا عندكم ملح خشن ملعقة تكفي
ملعقه صغيرة ملون غذائي
نصف ملعقة صغيرة ملح الليمون( لامندوزي)
الخضروات حسب الرغبة اني استخدمت
جزر 🥕
لهانه
قرنابيط
واذا تحبون فلفل، زيتون، خيار ضيفو

الطريقة كاملة وموضحة في الفيديو
