لا فتوى لمن لا يعرف المقاصد والأهداف | د. طارق السويدان
الله سبحانه وتعالى لم يصدر لنا أوامر ونواهي دون حكمة -حاشاه وهو الحكيم ، وإنما أعطانا أعطانا الأوامر والنواهي لأهداف ، فمن لا يفهم الأهداف سيخطئ في الأحكام وبالتالي فهو لا يصلح للفتوى ولا للتصدي لتعليم الناس .
