الطريقه ...:
اخلط جميع المكونات مع بعض :-
.
حبة دجاج مقطعه ( بجلد او بدون حسب رغبتكم )
.
حبة بصل مفروم
.
٤ فصوص ثوم مهروس
.
حبتين طماطم مقطعع صغير
.
ملعقتين لثلاثة ملاعق طعام صلصة طماطم
.
فلفل اسود وملح
.
مكعب مرقة دجاج
.
بهارات كبسه جاهزه او ( اي بهار مشكل يعجبكم )
.
ثلاث ملاعق زيت طعام
.
فلفل احمر قرون او اخضر
.
.
ونخلط المكونات جيداً مع بعض
.
نضيف القدر على النار ونغطيه ١٠ دقايق
.
بعدين نقلب المكونات ونضيف مويا مغليه ونغطي القدر ٣٠ دقيقه لين يستوي الدجاج
.
نضيف كاسة ونص رز مزه بسمتي مغسول ومنقوع ١٥ دقيقه
.
نخلي الرز يغلي خمس دقايق
.
نغطي القدر ونتركه لين يستوي الرز تقريباً ١٠ دقايق
.

لعمل الصوص ( الدقوس ) :
حبة طماطم
فصين ثوم
شوية بقدونس
فلفل احمر او اخضر
ملح
شطه
كاتشب جاوي ( يعطي طعم لذيذ )
وشوية مويه
