حلا الشعيريه سهل جداً ولذيذ

الطريقه :
استخدمت شعيريه وكسرتها بيدي لقطع صغيره.
.
اضيف سمنه على المقلى واحمس الشعيريه
.
احركها باستمرار لين يسير لونها بني غامق جداً
.
اضيف المويه المغليه ، تغطي الشعيريه واقفل عليها لين تستوي
.
اذا احتاحت مويه اضيف المهم تستوي
.
ولما تستوي وتنشف المويه اضيف السكر حسب الرغبه وعلى نار عليه اخليها تتسرب السكر.
.
اخر شي اضيف قرفه واخليها دقيقه واقفل.
.
مع التقديم ممكن تحطه عليها رشة قرفه وجوز هند او كريمه خفق.
.
وبالعافيه.
.
