بيتزا صحيه بعجينة الدجاج 😍

طريقة العمل:
في محضر الطعام اضيف ٤٥٠ جم صدور دجاج مخليه
٣ م ك شوفان
فلفل اسود وبابريكا وملح
م ك زيت زيتون
ونفرمهم بمحضر الطعام
ونفرد الدجاج على صينية فيها ورق زبده
وبالفرن من تحت ١٨٠ الحراره لمدة ٣٠ دقيقه
٠
لما تطلع من الفرن ندهنها بالصوص:
نص كوب كاتشب
شوية سيراتشا حسب الرغبه
م ك زيت زيتون
اوريغانو
٠
ونحط موزاريلا فوقهم ونحمرها بالفرن او بالتورش
٠
وبالعافيه عليكم
