Ingredients:

Chicken- 750gm curry cut
Ginger garlic paste- 2 spoons
Coriander seeds- 2 spoons
Cumin seeds - 2 spoons
Dry coconut- 15gm
Dry Kashmiri red chilies - 6
Black pepper - 10
Clove - 4
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Green cardamom- 2
Black cardamom- 1
Bay leaves- 3
Mace flower- 1/2
Stone flower- some
Salt - 1 spoon or according to taste
Turmeric powder- 1/2 spoon
Curd - 1 cup
Lemon juice- 1 spoon
Onion- 2
Ghee / clarified butter- 3 spoons
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves (optional)
