نص كيلو دجاج + ملعقتين كبيره نشاء + ملعقه صغيره من كل من ) فلفل اسود + بودرة ثوم + بابريكا) ملح حسب الرغبه

تقبلها ليله كامله او ساعتين

نقليها بالزيت او القلايه

بعد كذا نجهز الصوص الاحمر فصين ثوم - فنجان شطه - ملعقه كاتشب - ملعقه صلصة الصويا المعتدله وعالنار اللين يتسبك ونحط الدجاج وفوقها البقدونس
