عمليه استخراج العصير من خلال حفر جذوع
الاشجار بشنيور كهربي ثم بيتم تركيب خط
انابيب لتوصيل سائل العصير من الاشجار الى
خزان كبير في ارض المزرعه ثم بيتم نقل
الخزان الى مصنع المعالجه وفي المصنع بيتم
غليانه في درجه حراره عاليه وتبخره وده
بيادي لزياده تركيز السكر وبيص بح لونه
ذهبي لامع بعدها بيتم قياس نسبه السكر في
العصير من خلال جهاز لقياس كثافه السوائل
بعدها بيذهب شروب من خلال مرشحات لازاله
الشوائب في النهايه بيتم تعبئته في زجاجات
وشحنه في الاسواق شجر القيقب في فصل
الشتاء بيخزن ماده النشا في الجذور وفي
فصل الربيع بتتحول ماده النشا الى عصير
القيقب وبترت في الجذوع شجر القيقب هو من
اشجار المناطق البرد وبيدخل العصير في
صناعه زبده القيقب وبيستخدم في امريكا
كبديل للسكر في المشروبات تنتج كندا 80%
من عصير القيقب في العالم ورقه شجر القيقب
اتخذتها كندا كرمز للبلد في عالمها في
