تبلت الدجاج بكركم وملح وفلفل اسود وبابريكا وزيت نباتي
.
وبالفرن من تحت على حرارة ٢٠٠ ساعه الى ساعه وربع لين يتحمر لوحده ( بدون مااغطيه )
.

للرز :
في قدر ضفت سمنه وزيت
احمس بهارات حب ( هيل، ورق غار، لومي )
اضيف الرز البستمي المنقوع
.
اضيف المويا وتغلي شويه وبعدين اغطي عليها ١٥-٢٠ دقيقه
.
ابخر الرز والدجاج

للدقوس:
فلفل وبقدونس وثوم وطماطم وملح وشوية مويا ونخلط
.
