أنا هنا مش بتكلم عن فوائد أو أضرار بيبسي وكوكاكولا ودورهم في الحموضة والارتجاع وزيادة الوزن وهشاشة العظام والانتفاخات بعد الأكل
ولا بتكلم عن مشاكل الكافيين الكتير ولا الاسبرتام او غيره
أنا بجاوب عن سؤال محدد:
هل دايت بيبسي وبيبسي ماكس وكوكلاكولا لايت وكوكاكولا زيرو واللي زيهم بيزودو الوزن؟
الإجابة: لأ
بالعكس.. بعض الدراسات لقت انهم بينزلوا الوزن.. تخيل؟
صحيح منها دراسات ممولاها شركات مياه غازية..
لكن على الأقل.. مفيش أي دليل ولا سبب يخليها تزود الوزن
الزجاجة أو العلبة بيكون فيها حوالي سعر حراري واحد تقريباً
والأسبرتام مؤشره الجلايسيمي صفر
لو عامل دايت.. ماتخافش
