نفرم البصل ( عدد 1 )
نفرم الفلفل الأخضر ( عدد 3 )
نفرم الفلفل الأحمر ( عدد 1 )
نفرم الطماطم ( عدد 4 )
زيت الزيتون ( 4 ملاعق كبيرة )
ثوم مهروس ( 1 ملعقة صغيرة )
ملح ( 1 ملعقة صغيرة )
فلفل أحمر ( 2 ملعقة صغيرة )
فلفل أسود ( نصف ملعقة صغيرة )
كمون ( نصف ملعقة صغيرة )
