Kadhai Paneer ASMR Cooking
Ingredients:
For Paneer Roast :-
Paneer/Cottage Cheese - 500 gm
Onion - 1
Capsicum - 1
Tomato - 2
Clarified butter(Ghee) - 1 spoon
Salt - 1/2 spoon
Red Chili powder - ¼ spoon
For Kadhai Masala:
cumin seeds - 1 spoon
coriander seeds - 1 spoon
Fennel seeds - 1 spoon
Black pepper- 10-12
Dry red chili - 2-3
For Tempering:
Butter /oil - 2 spoons
Cumin seeds - ½ spoon
Onion - 1
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 spoon
Salt - 1 spoon
Turmeric powder -½ spoon
Red Chili Powder - 1 spoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 spoon
Cumin powder - ½ spoon
Roasted Kadhai masala -2 spoons
water - 1 cup
Tomato-1
