ازاي قدرت اتغلب علي مشكلة التسويف الي بتواجه معظم الناس؟؟

كلنا عندنا مشكلة التسويف الي بتضيع مننا فرص كتير جدا وبتضيع علينا وقت كبير جدا وكل مره تقعد تحط خطه للأسبوع كويسة جدا ولكنك للأسف مش بتنفذ حرف واحد منها ومش عارف اي السبب ؟ واي الحل؟

فاكهه الدوريان المشهوره فى ماليزيا وتايلاند اغرب فاكهه ممكن تراها لانها يتغير طعمها وريحتها حسب جينات وحمض نووي لكل شخص فناك من يشمها على انها مانجو زهناك من يشمها على انها جوز هند واخر تظهر له برائحه مقرفه اما الطعم فهناك من هو حلو مثل السكر وهناك من يتذوقها جبنه واخر بصل وليمون واخر مكسرات فاكتشف العلماء ان هناك كيماويات معينه فى الثمره تعطى تاثير مختلف باختلاف جينات كل شخص ولا يستطيع احد ان يتكهن بمذاقها .

Woodturning - The Coffee Mug #shorts

Thank you for watching. In this DIY woodworking video I create a coffee mug from a piece of wood (I think it was a Eucalyptus wood) on a lathe using a process called woodturning.

Woodturning is a hobby of mine that I thoroughly enjoy! I often design the piece that I am working on as I am woodturning, making the final woodworking project design more unique.
