Lemon juice - 1 spoon
Salt - 1/2 spoon

for dough
All purpose flour / Maida - 2 cups
Salt - ½ spoon
Sugar - 1 spoon
Clarified Butter / Butter - 2 spoons
water -as required
oil and maida / flour for flaky parotta
