٢٥٠ غ لحمة خاروف مفروم ناعمبصلة مفرومة ناعمقرن فلفل حار مفروم ناعمسنين ثوم مهروسنصف ملعقة صغيرة بهارات مشكلة او سبع بهاراتنصف ملعقة صغيرة اوريجانونصف ملعقة صغيرة بابريكاملعقتين كبيرتين صلصة البندورةنصف كوب ماءكوب جبنة موزاريلا مبروشةبطاطا مقلية كمية اختيارية للتحضير:في طنجرة على النار نضع اللحم المفروم ونقلبه حتى يجف تماما ثم نضيف ملعقتين كبيرتين زيت نباتي والبصل والفلفل والثومنقلب ونغطي لمدة اربع دقائقنضيف البهارات وصلصة البندورة والماء ..نقلب ونغطي لمدة لمدة دقيقتين..في بايركس الفرن نضع البطاطا المقلية ثم نصف كمية الجبن وكل كمية اللحم المسبكثم نضع باقي كمية الجبن وتوضع في فرن محمى مسبقا على الرف الاوسط على درجة حرارة١٨٠ حتى يذوب الجبن فقط....نحمر الوجه قليلا
