ماذا يحدث لو اتينا بمجموعه من الفئران ووضعناهم فى مكان واسع به كل سبل الرافاهيه قام بالتجربه عالم الحيوان الامريكى جون كالون وبدا فى تنفيذها 1970 ووفر لهم مساحه مصممه خصيصا ووفر لهم الطعام والمياه وقام بوضع اربع ازواج من الفئران فى البدايه وقاموا بالتكاثر بمعدل كبير وبعد حوالى 315 يوم بدا التكاثر ينخفض بشكل ملحوظ وظهرت طبقه البؤساء وبدات الفئران الاكبر فى الحجم تهاجم الفئران الاصغر حتى وصل عدد الوفيات الى نسبه 100 % وانخفض معدل الانجاب الى 0 % فى تجربه اطلق عليها universe 25 .
اثبتت التجربه مدى الانهيار المجتمعى الذى من الممكن ان يحدث لة توفرت كل سبل الراحه .
