الطريقه :
في الخلاط اضيف :
حبة بصله
حبة طماطم كبيره
٧ فصوص ثوم
قطعتين زنجبيل حجم الاصبع
ملعتين صلصه
وافرم المكونات
.
في زيت وزبده على القدر واضيف الخليط واخليه يتسبك ٥ دقايق
.
اضيف نص كيلو فيليه دجاج مقطع مربعات .
البهارات: ( جرام مسالا ، كزبره ناشفه، كمون ، كاري وملح ) .
واقفل عليهم ٥-١٠ دقايق .
ثلث كوب كاجو وانقعه بمويا عاديه والمويا تكون على وجه الكاجو ،،، وافرمهم بالخلاط ..... واضيفهم على القدر

اضيف علبة زبادي مع ربع كوب كريمه ( اخلطهم مع بعض واضيفهم )
.
واخر شي كزبره خضرا .
واقفل عليهم خمس دقايق يتسبكو .

Ingredients ( korma chicken )
In a food processor:
1 tomato
I onion
7 pcs garlic
Two fingers of ginger
3tsp tomato paste
And mince all ingredients .
In a hot pan add oil and batter .
Add the mixture .
After 5 minutes add 1/2 kg chopped chicken fillet .
Add the spices ( gram masala , cumin , dry coriander and salt ) .
Let it cook for 10 minutes .
Soak ( 1/3 cup of cashews) with water for 10 minutes and mince them in a food processor then add it to pan .
Add one packet of yogurt with 1/4 cream to the pan .
Finally add chopped green coriander .
Let it cook for 10 minutes and enjoy. .

Thank you for watching. In this woodturning video I use an ebonising lacquer spray to create a contrasting finish. I run in to some problems along the way and there were definitely some learning curves, but I still like the finished result, and I will for sure be trying this method out again some time soon - with some changes.
