زراعة المشروم او عيش الغراب
لزراعه فطر المشروم او عيش الغراب بيتم
تكوين السماد العضوي او ما يسمى
composting من خلال وضع انشار الخشب جوه
خلطات كبيره الحجم وبيضاف اليها مخلفات
الدواجن ثم يضاف كبريتات الكالسيوم بعدها
بيتم تقليب الخليط لمده طويله ثم يتم
تعبئته في شكل حزم وبيتم نقل حزم السماد
الغلايات بخاريه بدرجه حراره 70 درجه
مئويه لقتل الحشرات والافات الزراعيه بعد
كده بيتم عمل ثقوب في الحزم ووضع بذور
الفطر داخل الثقوب بعدها بيتم نقل السماد
الى غرف درجه حرارتها لا تتجاوز 28 درجه
مئويه وبيتم ضبط درجه الحراره اليا بعد
عده ايام بيبدا النسيج الفطري بالتكون
وبيمو النسيج الى ان يصل من حاره الحصاد
بعد 16 يوم وبيتم حصاد المشروم بشكل يدوي
بعدها بيتم تعبئته في علب وشحنه للاسواق

Cabbage - 1 cup
Dark soya Sauce - 1 spoon
Red chili sauce - 1 spoon
Black pepper - ¼ spoon
Salt - ½ spoon
Spring onion's Green Part- ½ cup
