الطريقه :
في قدر على النار اضيف سمنه واقلب معاها بصل مقطع صغير ...
.
اضيف كاسة رز مصري مغسول ونص كاسة عدس مغسول واقلبهم شويه ..
.
اضيف موية مغليه عليهم ومكعب ماجي واتبل .... كزبره ناشفه وكمون وكركم وملح. .
اترك المكونات على نار متوسطه لين تستوي المكونات واذا قلت المويه ازيدها لين تستوي ونحصل على القوام المطلوب. .
ولما تستوي المكونات اضيف ملعقة سمنه او زبده حسب الرغبه وبس. .
البصل المقرمش : اقطع البصل شرايح واتبله بالطحين واقليه بالزيت لين يسير بني ومقرمش. .
صوص الحمر ( التمر الهندي ) :
كيس حمر انقعه بمويه مغليه ٢٠ دقيقه تقريبا وبعدين اصفيه ..... اضيف عليه بصل مقطع صغير وكزبره ناشفه وكمون وملح. .
