شاورما دجاج بنكهه خاصه ...للمزيد من وصفاتي تابعوا حسابي :@aziztime @aziztime @aziztime ..الطريقه :نص كيلو صدور دجاج فيليه مقطعه شرايح .اتبلهم :( كمون ، قرفه ، بودرة ثوم ، بودرة زنجبيل ، كركم ، فلفل اسود ، فلفل ابيض ، بابريكا ، ملح ).ملعقتين ك زيت نباتي واخلطهم جيداً.وعلى النار لين يستوي الدجاج وياخد لون ..صوص الثوم :كوب مويا بارده اضيف عليهم ملعقتين ك نشا واخلطهم ..... واضيفهم بقدر على النار واحرك باستمرار لين تتماسك واخلي الخليط يبرد ..في الخلاط اضيف :٣ فصوص ثوم ملعقتين ك خل ابيض ٣ ملاعق ك حليب ٢ ملاعق ك مويا بارده٣ ملاعق ك زيت نباتي ملعقة ك مايونيز ملح حسب الرغبه واخلطهم جيداً بعدين اضيف عليهم خليط النشا واخلط لين احصل على القوام المناسب ..استخدمت عيش الصاج وموجود بكل سوبرماركت. ..وبالعافيه عليكم
