"الكاستبوشي: الخشب الذي يؤكل!"😳🐟 الكاستبوشي (بالـيابانية: 鰹節 - كاتسوبوشي) هو أحد المكونات الأساسية في المطبخ الياباني، وهو عبارة عن شرائح مجففة وصلبة جداً من سمك البونيتو (نوع من التونة يُعرف بـ skipjack tuna). يُجفف ويُخمر ويُدخَّن حتى يصبح قاسياً مثل الخشب، ثم يُبشَّر إلى رقائق رفيعة تُستخدم في الطهي. استخداماته: 1. صنع المرق (داشي): الكاتسوبوشي يُستخدم غالبًا مع طحالب الكومبو لصنع داشي، وهو مرق أساسي في الطبخ الياباني 2. تزيين الأطباق: يُستخدم أيضًا كزينة لأطباق مثل تاكويّاكي وأوكونومياكي، حيث تُضاف رقائق الكاتسوبوشي فوق الطعام الساخن وتتحرك كأنها "ترقص" بفعل الحرارة.#معلومات_عامة #مناجم_المعرفه #معلومات_مفيدة
