الملح الذي نستخدمه في الطهي، كيف تتم زراعته وتنقيته؟. دعونا نرى العملية، أولا يتم ضخ الماء المالح إلى الحقول باستخدام مضخة مياه، ويتم تحريك الماء بشكل دوريٍ باستخدام ممسحة خشبية، لمنع تراكم الملح في التربة وتشكيل كتل. بعد أسبوع يتم جمع الملح المتكون ويُكَوم في مكان واحد ليجف. بعد ذلك يُنقل الملح إلى آلة حيث يغسل جيدا بالمال النظيف، ثم يُخرج. وهكذا يصبح الملح النقي جاهزً للإستخدام.
