مندي دجاج 🔥🍗🍖
المقادير:
دجاجة كاملة مغسولة ونضيفه 🍖
التوابل ملعقه صغيرة لكل من ( بابريكا سموك، كاري، ملون غذائي)
رشة زعفران
2 ملعقة كبيرة ملح
تترك في الخليط حتى تتشبع في الصلصة
الرز ( لكل كوب رز 2 كوب ماء)
رز مغسول جيداً
ملعقة كبيرة ملح
(هيل، زعفران وقرنفل) الكمية حسب الرغبة
تترك في الفرن على حسب حجم الكمية اقل شي ساعة اني خليتها ساعتين على درجة حرارة 250 النار فوق وتحت ⏰
