Caraway seeds - 1/2 spoon
Poppy seeds - 1/2 spoon
For Marination:
Mutton
Salt - 2 spoons
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 spoon
Red chili powder - 1 spoon
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 spooos
Roasted Biryani Masala
Curd - 1 cup
Mint leaves -1/3 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/3 cup
Lemon juice - 1 spoon
Fried onion - 2 cups
For Tempering :
Oil - 5-6spoons
For Rice Boiling:
Long grain Biryani Rice - 500gm
Black pepper - 10-12
Caraway seeds - ½ spoon
Star anise - 1
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Green cardamom - 4
Clove - 5-6
Bay leaf - 1
Mint leaves - 2 spoons
