المكونات:
بصله كبيره
ملعقه ثوم كبيره
علبه فاصوليا بيضا
علبه تونه كبيره
ملعقتين صلصله طماطم
كزبره خضره
البهارات
فلفل اسود ملعقه كبيره
كزبره ناشفه ملعقه كبيره
كركم ملعقه صغيره
كمون ملعقه صغيره
طريقه التحضير
على النار نضيف الزيت وبعدها نضيف البصل ونحمسه وبعدها الثوم والفاصوليا والصلصه والبهارات وشويه مويه عشان تتسبك نتركها ثلاث دقايق تتسبك بعدها نحط التونه والكزبره الخضره والملح
