الكلمات مفرغة:
سأعطيك كلمة واحدة فقط إذا قلتها ولزمتها حال الغضب، سيزول عنك مباشرة بإذن الله ..
رأى النبي ﷺ رجلاً غاضب ... فقال:
إنِّي لَأعلَمُ كلمةً لو قالها لذهَب عنه ما يجِدُ: أعوذُ باللهِ مِن الشَّيطانِ الرَّجيمِ .
لذلك إذا أحسست بالغضب إلزم هذه الكلمة وسيذهب عنك ماتجد، وتذكر:
"لحظة صبر في لحظة غضب قد تمنع عنك ألف لحظة ندم."
لذلك كانت وصية النبي ﷺ لا تغضب
