الطريقه نسلق البطاط ونجيب كوب فتات خبز ونضيف لفتات الخبز رشه ملح وقليل من الكمون والفلفل ونخلط جيدا ونجيب حبه بيضه ونكسرها ونضيف لها ملعقه خل ونخلطها جيدا وبعدها نصفي البطاط من الماء ونهرسه جيدا ونضيف له حزمه من الكراث ومن الفلفل الحار ونخلط جيدا نعجن باليد وبعدها نكور البطاط كور متوسطه ونسقط الكور على البيض وننقلها لفتات الروتي ونحطها على جنب ونكرر حتى الانتهاء وبعدها نسخن زيت ونسقط الكور على الزيت ونحرك لين يحمروا ونشيلهم على ورق مناديل لتنشف الزيت ونقدمها مع البسباس الدقيق او البسباس الماء والبيبسي
