المقادير والطريقه :
ملعقه ملح الحليب
ملعقه سنفره مشمش
ملعقه كريم كاب
يخلط مع بعض
يبلل الجسم ويوضع عليها السنفره مع فركها بحركات دائريه
لمده ٥ دقائق
نتركها عالجسم ١٥ دقيقه
ثم يغسل
يرطب الجسم بأي مرطب
لا تنسوا الاشتراك بقناتي
وتفعيل زر الجرس ليصلك كل جديد
ولا تبخلوا علينا بالايكات والتعليقاتكم الجميله
